Two UFC welterweights seeking redemption have been added to April’s UFC on FOX 11 fight card. UFC President Dana White confirmed that Canadian Jordan Mein (27-9 MMA, 1-1 UFC) will meet “The Ultimate Fighter: Brazil 2″ veteran Santiago Ponzinibbio (18-2 MMA, 0-1 UFC) at the April 19 event, which is set to take place at Amway Center in Orlando, Fla.
