UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones had the highest praise for newly re-crowned heavyweight champ Stipe Miocic – and nothing to say about his longtime rival, Daniel Cormier . “Stipe is hands down the greatest heavyweight of all time,” Jones wrote on Twitter moments after Cormier’s fourth-round knockout loss to Miocic. “I have nothing else to say.” Cormier was well on his way to earning a second win over Miocic in a rematch of the 2018 meeting that made him a two-division champ. He outstruck Miocic and appeared to be the fresher fighter as the fight went into championship rounds. But Miocic made a perfect adjustment by digging body shots that sapped Cormier’s energy and set up a fourth-round stoppage.
