Jon Jones announces decision to retire

As his ‘legacy’ fight against Stipe Miocic moves closer, Jon Jones has made a revelation about his career. ‘Bones’ is the current UFC heavyweight champion and has an entire division of hungry challengers all looking toward his throne. Despite rumors of several potential matchups, it now looks like the 37-year-old won’t compete in those fights. In response to a fan on social media, Jon Jones claimed he doesn’t have long left in the sport. The NJCAA wrestler was being matched up against both Tom Aspinall and Alex Pereira in possible bouts, which Jones teased could happen in the future
