The headlining act, however, finished in perhaps the most crushing fashion of all when Michael Johnson (17-10 MMA, 9-6 UFC) brutalized Dustin Poirier (20-5 MMA, 12-4 UFC) for a 95-second knockout victory to reestablish himself at a top lightweight contender. Johnson was a big winner on the card, but so were Derek Brunson (16-3 MMA, 7-1 UFC), Evan Dunham (18-6 MMA, 11-6 UFC), Roan Carneiro (21-10 MMA, 4-4 UFC), Islam Makhachev (13-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) and Chas Skelly (16-2 MMA, 5-2 UFC), who all picked up key wins.
