A lightweight bout between Joe Proctor and Justin Salas has been added to the UFC Fight Night: Cerrone vs. Miller fight card. UFC officials announced the match-up on Wednesday. Proctor (9-2) appeared on the fifteenth season of The Ultimate Fighter where he advanced to the quarterfinals before losing to James Vick by unanimous decision
