Cage Warriors 71 has seen more than its fair share of adjustments, but the promotion appears to at least have its headliner now set in stone. Middleweight champion Jack Hermansson (8-2) will defend his title against Deyan Topalski (11-2) at the event, which takes place Aug. 22 at King Hussein Boxing Arena in Amman, Jordan.
