UFC Hall of Famer B.J. Penn needs a new opponent for next month’s UFC 199 event. Featherweight Dennis Siver (22-11 MMA, 11-8 UFC) has suffered an undisclosed injury and has been forced out of his bout with Penn (16-10-2 MMA, 12-9-2 UFC).
