Filed under: Featured Videos , News , UFC , Videos LOS ANGELES – While Jon Jones continues to rehab his image and prepare for his eventual return to the cage, the former champion is getting high praise from a notable teammate. Former pro boxer and undefeated MMA fighter Holly Holm (9-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC), who meets dominant women’s bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey (12-0 MMA, 6-0 UFC) in the upcoming UFC 193 pay-per-view headliner, recently discussed the calming (and entertaining) presence that Jones’ has provided in the buildup to the fight. As Holm hits the homestretch to her title fight, which takes place Nov. 14 at Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, she recently chatted with reporters about Jones, who was recently reinstated to the UFC roster after an April hit-and-run accident forced an indefinite suspension and the stripping of his 205-pound title. “I do like his outlook on training,” said Holm, who specifically pointed to “Bones’” ability to bring humor and levity to their grueling training sessions at Team Jackson-Winkeljohn in New Mexico. ” … I’m always worked up about training.
