Sean O’Malley and Merab Dvalishvili engaged in a heated first faceoff last week and the video has just surfaced. In a promotional video shoot for their Noche UFC 306 showdown Sept. 14 at Sphere , the promotion’s bantamweight champion and challenger got into a heated discussion seemingly pertaining to O’Malley’s coach Tim Welch. O’Malley and Dvalishvili disagreed on the origins of the mutual disdain involving Welch. As the two verbally traded barbs, UFC security stepped between them to prevent things from turning physical. “If you have a problem with him, you can take it up with him,” O’Malley said.
