As expected former UFC lightweight title challenger Gray Maynard will look to snap out of a skid by heading to a new weight class. Maynard (11-5-1 MMA, 9-5-1 UFC) will make his featherweight debut in July when he takes on Fernando Bruno (15-3 MMA, 0-1 UFC) at The Ultimate Fighter 23 Finale. UFC officials recently announced the bout following an initial report from reviewjournal.com . The TUF 23 Finale takes place July 8, the eve of UFC 200, at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. The main card airs on FOX Sports 1 following early prelims on UFC Fight Pass, though the bout order hasn’t been finalized. Maynard, who had previously announced his plans to drop to 145 pounds , is stuck in a four-fight losing skid and is just 1-5 over his past six fights
