Changes have hit the UFC Fight Night 199 lineup. Caio Borralho will have to wait a little longer for his promotional debut because of visa issues ahead of his Dec. 18 fight vs. Dustin Stoltzfus . Borralho isn’t the only one to lose his opponent on that card.
