Geane Herrera The middle card in next week’s trio of UFC events in Las Vegas has taken another hit the week before the fight, but a late-notice replacement has stepped in to save the bout. Justin Scoggins (10-2 MMA, 3-2 UFC) has been forced out of a flyweight bout against Joby Sanchez (7-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) at the TUF 22 Finale with an injury, UFC officials recently announced. But stepping in to fight Sanchez on a week’s notice is Geane Herrera (8-1 MMA, 0-1 UFC) The Ultimate Fighter 22 Finale, which concludes the 22nd season of the “The Ultimate Fighter” reality series, takes place Dec. 11 in Las Vegas at The Chelsea at The Cosmopolitan
