Despite losing four consecutive fights, all of which happened in the twilight of his career, former UFC champion Frank Mir wants to continue fighting, according to a report on Wednesday evening. Mir’s manager, Malki Kawa, told UFC Tonight that his fighter wants to keep fighting professionally, and Mir wants to do it nowhere else but the UFC. According to UFC Tonight , UFC president Dana White said that he and company chairman Lorenzo Fertitta are scheduled to meet with Mir to discuss the fighter’s future in the coming days. No decisions have been made on whether the UFC would release Mir after the fighter’s longest career losing streak or extend him a lifeline.
