Former UFC and current Titan FC fighter Dave “Pee Wee” Herman was tased and then arrested in the early morning hours on Tuesday following a chase by police in Indiana. Herman had been heading southbound on Interstate 69 near Ashley, Ind., speeding and driving with no headlights or taillights, according to a DeKalb County County Sheriff’s Department incident report. Officers attempted to stop Herman, but he led them on an estimated 2-1/2 to 3 mile pursuit before exiting the interstate and eventually stopping at a gas station. SEE ALSO: BJ Penn Arrested Following Altercation in Hawaii Herman then exited his vehicle and “approached Officers in an aggressive manner.” Officers reportedly gave Herman several warnings to get down on the ground, but he did not comply, so the offers tased him in order to take him into custody. The incident report went on to explain that there was a woman and infant also present in Herman’s car, although neither suffered any injuries during the incident. Herman is being charged with resisting law enforcement with a vehicle, a level 6 felony; battery against law enforcement, a level 6 felony; neglect of a dependent, a level 6 felony; and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor
