The morning after Miles Anstead had made his MMA debut, he cried. He had been doing jiu-jitsu tournaments for years with success, but his move to MMA had put him in a cage for the first time. It didn’t go well. His gymnastics balance skills and his BMX athletic skills hadn’t helped at the time (though they would later).
