McGregor (17-2 MMA, 5-0 UFC) has mixed dominant performances with over-the-top trash talk to become one of the UFC’s biggest stars. But many fans feel that a wrestler like Mendes (17-2 MMA, 8-2 UFC) possesses all the tools necessary to grind the Irishman’s hype train to a halt. Veteran MMA analyst “Showdown Joe” Ferraro headed to Twitter to ask fans what they think will happen when McGregor faces the biggest test of his career. He got some interesting responses, and gives his take, as well. UFC 189 takes place Saturday at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
