LOS ANGELES – Fabricio Werdum is getting closer to a return and still has some fight left in him. The former UFC heavyweight champion is currently serving a two-year suspension from the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency stemming from an out-of-competition test conducted in April 2018. Having never failed a drug test in the past, a frustrated Werdum was forced to sit on the sidelines and, to this day, has maintained his innocence. “For sure I’m very sad about this.
