The UFC returned for week 2 of the DWCS on Tuesday, Aug. 15 ahead of their return to Boston for UFC 292. The first two fights ended in first-round finishes with a TKO in just one minute for Charalampos Grigoriou and a submission win for the first woman of the season, Eduarda Moura. In the third fight, it went the full three rounds which took a bit of stream from the event but in the fourth fight Ibo Aslan murked his opponent in the first round and got the finish train back on the tracks. In the main event was a highly touted main event between Cage Warriors champion George Hardwick and Fury FC champion Abdul-Kareem Al-Selwady. And it did not fail to deliver. The pair traded hard shots in the first round with the underdog, Al-Selwady, landing some of the better exchanges, even stunning Hardwick to open the round. In the second, the fight was close, this was going to be a hard one to judge. In the third, it was another close round and even though we didn’t get a finish, we got a barnburner of a fight.
