If you’re a UFC welterweight without a fight, the thing to do right now is go on social media and let it be known that you want a piece of Robbie Lawler . Things took a turn for Lawler on Friday after it was revealed that Tyron Woodley has an injured hand forcing him to withdraw from their scheduled headlining rematch on June 29 at UFC on ESPN 3. It was only a matter of minutes before Darren Till took to Twitter to say he’d step in for Woodley, with the only caveat being that he’d want to fight Lawler at a catchweight of 175 pounds. Till was only the beginning, though.
