Erick Silva SASKATOON – Erick Silva has been booked to fight Rick Story not once, but twice. He’ll have to settle for replacement opponent Neil Magny at UFC Fight Night 74, but he hasn’t given up on the originally planned matchup. Silva and Story were first set to clash at UFC Fight Night 70 in June. The fight was scrapped when multiple Brazilian fighters on the card faced visa complications , Silva being one of them. The welterweight contest was rescheduled for Sunday’s UFC Fight Night 74 event at SaskTel Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. However, Story suffered an injury less than two weeks prior to fight night and Magny (15-4 MMA, 8-3 UFC) was pegged as the replacement for Silva (18-5 MMA, 6-4 UFC) in the co-main event bout, which airs on the FOX Sports 1-televised main card following prelims on the same channel and UFC Fight Pass.
