Choi (14-4 MMA, 3-3 UFC) has been forced out of UFC on ESPN 28 due to injury, and Kai Kamaka (8-4 MMA, 1-2 UFC) will step in on short notice to face Danny Chavez (11-4 MMA, 1-1 UFC).
