Torres (7-0 MMA, 0-0 UFC), a flyweight and bantamweight champ, will face Jarred Brooks (13-1 MMA, 1-1 UFC) at UFC Fight Night 131 after Hector Sandoval (14-4 MMA, 2-2 UFC) was forced to withdraw from the event because of a back injury, two people with knowledge of the situation confirmed to MMAjunkie.
