Former UFC and current Titan FC fighter Dave Herman was arrested in the early morning hours of Jan. 20 by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department in Indiana. Herman’s wife has since released a video of the arrest. The police report noted, “(Herman) refused to stop and led Officers in a 2 ½ -3 mile pursuit
