LAS VEGAS – Derrick Lewis may think differently, but Daniel Cormier said he’s giving his challenger complete respect ahead of his scheduled heavyweight title defense at UFC 230. The Cormier (21-1 MMA, 10-1 UFC) vs. Lewis (21-5 MMA, 12-3 UFC) heavyweight championship fight was hastily thrown together on short notice when the organization was in desperate need for a suitable main event for the UFC 230 card, which takes place Nov. 3 at Madison Square Garden in New York and airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FS1 and UFC Fight Pass.
