LAS VEGAS – Dana White’s Contender Series returns on Tuesday night for the 25th installment of the hugely popular talent-finding event, and ninth of the current series. As usual, MMA Junkie is onsite at the UFC Apex to provide full coverage as 10 more fighters compete in a bid to earn a contract with the UFC The main event of the night features welterweight prospect Leon Shahbazyan , who takes on “The Fresh Prince” Phil Rowe . Shahbazyan (7-1) is the brother of current UFC middleweight and Contender Series graduate Edmen Shahbazyan and will be hoping to follow in his brother’s footsteps and win his way through to the UFC roster with victory tonight.
