LAS VEGAS – Count UFC president Dana White among those who believes a third fight between Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier might be something pretty special. “Stipe and Cormier, that was a (expletive) war between two heavyweights that hit like trucks,” White told reporters, including MMA Junkie, following Tuesday’s Dana White’s Contender Series 25 event. Miocic (19-3 MMA, 13-3 UFC) and Cormier (22-2 MMA, 11-2 UFC) headlined this past weekend’s UFC 241 event in California, and the bout served as a rematch of their initial meeting in 2018. That night, “DC” shocked the world with a first-round KO of then-champ Miocic to become a dual titleholder. This past Saturday, the fight played out very differently, with the contest progressing to the fourth round.
