When Dan Henderson lost to Vitor Belfort at UFC Fight Night 32 on Nov. 9, it was the final fight of his UFC contract. The negotiations on a new deal came to close on Tuesday with the announcement that Henderson will rematch Maurico “Shogun” Rua at UFC Fight Night 38 on March 23, in Brazil. Henderson defeated Rua by unanimous decision at UFC 139 in November 2011 in an epic battle.
