LONDON – Conor McGregor is continuing down recovery road, but the Irishman is eyeballing the UFC’s July event in his home city of Dublin for his return. The UFC earlier this week announced a July 19 show in Dublin, where the featherweight was born and raised. McGregor (14-2 MMA, 2-0 UFC) has been out since an August win over Max Holloway at UFC Fight Night 26. In that fight, he injured his knee and needed surgery. In the months since, he hasn’t been far from the MMA news feed thanks to mild Twitter spats with the likes of Cole Miller and Diego Sanchez – as well as, well, most of the elite in the featherweight division, whom he took to task in a word-association game for FOXSports.com . But with the July 19 show card now on the calendar, and the UFC no doubt hoping he’s healed enough to be on the show – perhaps as its headliner – McGregor might be getting antsy
