Ciryl Gane had UFC gold around his waist, and he’ll start his quest to get back there again Saturday. The Frenchman finally has a chance to fight in front of his home fans when he headlines UFC Fight Night 209 in Paris, where he lives and trains. Gane (10-1 MMA, 7-1 UFC) takes on Tai Tuivasa (15-3 MMA, 8-3 UFC) in the heavyweight main event. A win for Gane will get him back on track after a title unification bout against champion Francis Ngannou in January. Gane, who was interim champ at the time, lost for the first time with a unanimous decision setback in the UFC 270 headliner.
