The UFC has lost one half of its planned UFC Fight Night 53 co-main event in Sweden. Chan Sung Jung (13-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC) has suffered a shoulder injury and been forced out of a bout with Akira Corassani (12-4 MMA, 3-1 UFC). MMA-In-Asia.com first reported the injury. UFC officials haven’t responded to MMAjunkie’s request for confirmation, and a formal announcement hasn’t yet been made. UFC Fight Night 53 takes place Oct. 4 at Ericsson Globe in Stockholm
