The card for CES MMA’s return to Connecticut continues to come together with the addition of a bantamweight bout between Rico DiSciullo and David Garcia. The CES MMA 38 bout was announced today via press release from the promotion. CES MMA 38 will take place Sept. 23 at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn. The main card will air live on AXS TV. A bout order has not yet been set for the event
