British featherweight Brendan Loughnane has his first PFL assignment, and the 29-year-old cannot wait to get over to Las Vegas and put on a show on prime time television. As first reported by ESPN, Loughnane (17-3 MMA, 0-0 PFL) will take on Team Alpha Male prospect Matt Wagy (13-6 MMA, 0-0 PFL) at PFL 7 on Oct. 11 at the Mandalay Bay Events Center, and the Manchester man is bristling with excitement ahead of his promotional debut. “It’s an absolute dream come true,” he told MMA Junkie. “Since I first went to Las Vegas when I was 21, all I’ve ever wanted to do was fight in Las Vegas under the big lights.
