Bellator has signed two of its notable fighters to contract extensions. Heavyweight Cheick Kongo and flyweight Ilima Macfarlane have both inked multi-fight contract extensions with the organization. MMAjunkie today confirmed the news with Bellator officials. The exact terms of each deal were not disclosed, other than the fact both fighters will remain with Bellator for “several” more fights. Kongo (25-10-2 MMA, 7-2 BMMA) is coming off his sixth Bellator main event appearance since he debuted with the company in October 2013
