Bellator will soon make its second stop at Pechanga Resort & Casino in Temecula, Calif., which plays host to Bellator 99 on Sept. 13. Officials recently finalized the event plans. Although no bouts have been announced, the event will kick off the Season 9 eight-man featherweight tournament. The main card airs on Spike TV following prelims on Spike.com. The Temecula venue hosted its first show in Season 8 earlier this year with Bellator 92.
