In Bellator’s 157’s MMA co-feature, Chandler (15-3 MMA, 12-3 BMMA) secured a career-defining title win – due to both the stakes and the highlight-reel conclusion – with his savage first-round knockout of Patricky Freire (16-8 MMA, 9-7 BMMA). It earned him the lightweight title recently vacated by UFC signee Will Brooks. Bellator 157 took place at Scottrade Center in St. Louis, and the main card aired on Spike following prelims on MMAjunkie.
