That request comes on the heels of two fights in less than two months. At 37 Thomson said there’s only so much time to take advantage of his fighting ability. The tail end of his UFC career saw Thomson compete just three times in more than two years. He doesn’t intend for that to be the case with Bellator. Thomson (21-8 MMA, 1-0 BMMA) makes his second Bellator appearance on Friday in Bellator 147’s main event
