After women’s bantamweight fight was scratched from the March event due to Holm’s (12-4 MMA, 5-4 UFC) management having difficulty finalizing a contract extension with the UFC, Ladd (7-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) was left without an opponent and frustrated with her situation. All signs pointed to Ladd not getting a replacement fight, but now she has made it official (via Twitter ): I will not be fighting March 2nd at UFC 235, it’s official.
