A new Invicta FC atomweight champion will be crowned on Sep. 17. In the main event, Ashley Cummins will face Alesha Zappitella for the vacant atomweight title in Kansas City, Kan., according to a press release issued by the promotion on Tuesday. The event will be held behind closed doors, without fans or media, and will be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass. Fighters will undergo COVID-19 testing prior to their participation in the event.
