Filed under: News , UFC , Videos BRASILIA, Brazil – Former UFC heavyweight champion Andrei Arlovski is a sizable underdog heading into Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 51 headliner with Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva, but on Saturday, he claimed a title of an entirely different sort. Arlovski conducted the greatest open workout session in UFC history. For the uninitiated, UFC open workout sessions are a weekly tradition, with UFC officials bringing featured fighters to a makeshift workout space to put on a show for fans and media. The fighters are generally asked to at least shadowbox, allowing reporters a chance to film the athletes in a semi-athletic exhibition to be used with video packages surrounding the event. Some take the term “workout” to the extreme, like Diego Sanchez’s famed hourlong power yoga and calisthenics sessions
