Former Bellator heavyweight champion Alexander Volkov (24-4) takes on Tony Johnson (8-2) at Bellator 136 on Friday at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, Calif. He expects an exciting fight. “Tony Johnson is a good wrestler, so I expect him to try to execute his wrestling skills,” Volkov recently told MMAWeekly.com. “My goal for this fight is to dictate the pace of the fight and dictate where the fight goes and to beat him everywhere.” Johnson’s wrestling and size are the only things Volkov thinks his opponent has that could give him trouble in the fight.
