Pereira (12-2 MMA, 9-1 UFC) defends his light heavyweight title against Ankalaev (20-1-1 MMA, 11-1-1 UFC) in Saturday’s UFC 313 main event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas ( ESPN+  pay-per-view, ESPNews/Disney+, ESPN+). Pereira issued Ankalaev a bet in which the loser of their fight donates $200,000 to a charity of the other’s choosing. Ankalaev, a practicing Muslim, said he doesn’t gamble because it’s forbidden in Islam.
