Alex Caceres With B.J. Penn pulled from next week’s UFC 199 event, Alex Caceres has agreed to step in and face Cole Miller . UFC officials today confirmed the change following an initial report from FOX Sports . Featuring a pair of title fights in the evening’s headlining contests, UFC 199 takes place June 4 at The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. The night’s main card airs on pay-per-view following prelims on FOX Sports 1 and UFC Fight Pass. Penn, of course, was recently removed from the card after the United States Anti-Doping Agency suspended “The Prodigy” after he disclosed IV use, which is prohibited under the UFC’s anti-doping program
