UFC heavyweight Roy Nelson  (20-11 MMA, 7-7 UFC) trotted out an old routine today on Twitter, implying with a nudge and a wink that upcoming opponent Josh Barnett  (33-7 MMA, 5-2 UFC) is a user of performance-enhancing drugs: Referring to a new out-of-competition program funded by the UFC that’s set to take effect in July, or two months prior to their headliner at Sept. 26 UFC Fight Night 78 in Saitama, Japan, he tweeted : I HOPE @UFC DRUG TESTING IS IN EFFECT by then ;) Right @GeorgesStPierre @arielhelwani pic.twitter.com/nW0haVT4Yy — Roy Nelson (@roynelsonmma) May 14, 2015 Barnett, a former UFC heavyweight champ, wasn’t about to give Nelson a pass, of course. The sarcastic vet tweeted  back at his round-bellied opponent: I'm hoping they allow you to do steroids just make this a competitive fight
