The debut event of the Bellator Europe series was one memorable evening. The Feb. 9, 2019 Bellator Europe 1 card was held in Newcastle, England and featured fights packed with highlights. That included the main event, where Patricky Freire of the famed “Pitbull Brothers” earned a hard-fought split decision over a tough Ryan Scope. Corey Browning , Chris Bungard , and Fabian Edwards also earned victories on the main card, while the undercard was chalk full of exciting finishes.
