Henry Cejudo says Cody Garbrandt can’t avoid a fight with him, even if he leaves the bantamweight division to move down to flyweight. Garbrandt (11-3 MMA, 6-3 UFC), the former UFC champ at 135 pounds, which is now held by Cejudo (15-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC), revealed on Saturday that he intends to drop a weight class after his next fight. Naturally Cejudo, who used to own the now-vacant flyweight strap, as well, caught wind of the news and escalated the situation on social media (via Twitter ): I own that weight class too! No where to hide @Cody_Nolove #bendtheknee Garbrandt is riding a three-fight losing skid and hasn’t won since he claimed UFC gold in December 2016.
