Patricio Freire didn’t fight March 14 at Bellator 241 as planned, but he’s OK with that. Freire (30-4 MMA, 18-4 UFC), the current Bellator featherweight and lightweight champion, was scheduled to face Pedro Carvalho in the quarterfinals of the promotion’s featherweight grand prix. However, due to coronavirus concerns, Bellator postponed the event mere hours prior to start time.
