Pandemonium hit the MMA world Thursday after Nate Diaz announced his potential withdrawal from UFC 244. In a lengthy social media statement, Diaz (20-11 MMA, 18-10 UFC) indicated his highly anticipated Nov. 2 main event against Jorge Masvidal (34-13 MMA, 13-7 UFC) at New York’s Madison Square Garden is no longer happening. The Stockton, Calif. native pointed at the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency and the UFC for the withdrawal and claimed “they” wanted him to stay quiet about the issue
