Dustin Poirier didn’t win the undisputed lightweight title at UFC 242, but he won over a lot of hearts. And he has a lot to be proud of. Poirier has reached his goal of raising $25,000 after partnering his charity, “The Good Fight Foundation,” with Justin Wren’s “Fight For The Forgotten” to raise money to build a new solar powered water well and a new water tower for an orphanage in Uganda, which was recently struck by a flood that caused a lot of damage. Poirier on Tuesday took to Twitter to celebrate the achievement and show his gratitude for everyone’s support. Woke up with a smile on my face today! Thank you to everyone who shared the message and donated to @TheGoodFightFDN !
