ANAHEIM, Calif. – Two-division UFC champion Henry Cejudo is still several months out from being ready to train, but he says the the announcement of his next opponent is imminent. Cejudo (15-2 MMA, 9-2 UFC), the current UFC bantamweight and flyweight champion, had shoulder surgery not long after his title win over Marlon Moraes at UFC 238 in June. He’s been rehabbing at the UFC Performance Institute in Las Vegas and, while happy with his progress, said he’s still got more work to do “I’m healing pretty quickly, but I’m still not 100 percent,” Cejudo told MMA Junkie on Friday. “It’s going to be maybe another three-to-four-month process before I can eventually start training again, but I’m making huge improvements. It’s just a matter of time before my shoulder wanted to give out.
