SAN ANTONIO – James Vick is back on home soil in Texas and in a positive frame of mind heading into his fight against Dan Hooker at UFC on ESPN 4. Vick is seeking to snap a two-fight losing skid, the first such run of his professional MMA career. But he said his recent losses aren’t playing on his mind ahead of the contest. “The last time I lost two fights in a row was back in 2008 in amateur boxing,” Vick told MMA Junkie after a Wednesday workout. “To be honest with you, I thought I could have won that last fight – it was a super-close fight. He got the decision, (but) I’m not going to complain about it because it could have went either way
